The editing and collating work on this booklet was originally completed in March 1949 by Edward Wharton-Tigar, and published in 1949 as a limited edition, of five hundred copies. It cost members of the Society just eight shillings. It had forty pages and thirty-eight illustrations, an overall number of one hundred and twelve cards.
