This is Nanyang Bros` "Siamese Flags & Pennons", a set of sixty cards issued in 1930, towards the beginning of the end for the company, for the north-east was invaded by the Japanese in 1931, and this opened the door for the Japanese Imperial Tobacco Monopoly to begin forcing Chinese competition out, something which would reach its peak after the occupation of China in 1937, the same year that Nanyang Bros was surrendered by the family to the Chinese.
