This was the first Annual General Meeting after the merging of the Cartophilic Society and the Cameric Cigarette Card Club. Every encouragement was given for members of the Cameric Cigarette Card club to attend, and it was advertised in Volume 1, Number 1 of the new "Cartophilic Notes and News" magazine as follows :
Let me remind you that the Annual General Meeting is on Saturday, April 3rd at 2.30 p.m. at Caxton Hall and I urge you to come along. This is your first opportunity to voice your opinion on the running of this new organisation.
