And so, as November ends, with frost, and the first glimpse of Christmas trees, as on our card, our thoughts are suddenly drawn to finding indoor haunts to continue our collecting and swapping.
So here is a calendar of our Branch and Club Meetings. Do have a look, and on a cold, but clear day, why not have a little drive in the country, make new friends and meet new cards?
By the way, this is but a landing strip, if you click on the name of any branch you will find they have a page all their own.
To close, you may have noticed that this page is shortening steadily. That means it is time for you to send us in your club`s dates for 2025
And so our next event is
Sunday the 24th of November
We meet on the fourth Sunday of every other month at North Weald Village Hall, 40 High Rd, North Weald Bassett, Epping CM16 6BU.
Our events run from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. - with an auction at 1 pm.
Admission is £2 per person.
And this is the last meeting for this year!
Thursday the 28th of November :
Nottingham & East Midlands Branch meet from 7.30 until 9.30 pm on the fourth Thursday of every alternate month at the West Bridgford Conservative Club, Rectory Road, West Bridgford NG2 6BG.
This is the last meeting for us this year.

DECEMBER MEETINGS
Sunday the 1st of December
Winchester & Solent meet on the first Sunday of every month at Botley Market Hall, High Street, Botley, near Southampton SO32 2EA.
This time is an afternoon meeting which runsfrom 1.30pm through to 4.00pm
Next year we will resume our quarterly All Day Fairs, which open at 10 am and include regional and national visiting dealers, plus there is a 200 lot Auction starting at 2pm,
Monday the 2nd of December
Northampton & District Cigarette Card Club meet from 6 - 9 pm on either the first or second Monday of the month at Weston Favell Parish Hall, Booth Lane South, Northampton NN3 3EP.
Thursday the 5th of December
Orpington North Kent Branch meet from 3.30 pm until 7.00 pm at the very fine venue of Crofton Halls, York Rise, Orpington BR6 8PR.
This is an excellent venue, right next to Orpington Main Line Railway Station; just 25 minutes from Central London. Or you can park your car free on-site
Admission £2 per person.
This is our last meeting of 2024 as well. But we look forward to seeing you all next year!
Saturday the 7th of December
Our Lincolnshire Branch meet from 10.30 am at Kirton Leisure Centre, 31a Willington Road, Kirton, Boston PE21 1EP.
Sunday the 8th of December 2024 :
Hants & Surrey Branch will be holding an afternoon meeting from 1.30 - 4 pm at Normandy Village Hall, Manor Fruit Farm, Glaziers Lane, Normandy, GU3 2DD.
Admission is free.
This is our final event of 2024, but look out for our next year`s schedule, when we will again be hosting our very popular all day fairs, from 10 am - 4 pm, at the same venue
and
Hants and Dorset Branch will be holding their final meeting of 2024 at The Fryers Field Pavilion, Bond Avenue, West Moors, Ferndown, Dorset BH22 OLJ.
We are open from 12.30 - 4.30 p.m, and admission is still free.
At our meetings you will find cigarette/trade cards, but we also have dealers who bring other ephemera, like football cards, stickers, postcards, etc.
Thursday December 12th -
We meet on the second Thursday of the month, from 7 pm ,at Uckington Village Hall, The Green, Tewkesbury Road, Uckington, Cheltenham GL51 9SR.
There is ample free parking.
Saturday the 14th of December :
East Anglian Card Collectors Club will be meeting from 8.30 am until 2.30 pm at Roydon Village Hall, High Road, Roydon, Diss, Norfolk IP22 5RB.
Don`t forget we have an auction at 12.30
Our annual subscription is £10, and non-members are very welcome, they just pay £3 to come in.
Thursday the 19th of December :
London Branch meet at The Carpenters Arms, 12 Seymour Place, London W1H 7NE
Our meetings start at 5 pm include visiting dealers, and there is an auction with over 100 lots, from 6.15 pm.
