My stock of lots for the auction is starting to dwindle, so I now need to ask members if they have anything they would like to enter into the auction. I need good quality lots please, if you check the prices realised from previous auctions you will see that we get good prices for quality cards, especially types. Sets are somewhat of a different matter, common sets from the 20s and 30s do not sell at all well and sometimes do not sell at all. Remember, there is a £5 minimum reserve on each lot, and we charge 10% commission on lots that sell, or £1 for lots that fail to sell, plus the cost of return postage. So please contact me before sending any lots and we can discuss what you would like to send.
It would be helpful to me if bidders could include a telephone number with their bids, this would allow me to call to sort out any difficulties should they occur. I do call some bidders whose numbers I have, and of course such details will be kept confidential and not used for marketing purposes!
