Hi there, dear readers, and welcome to another edition of our online newspaper, taking you through the week in a gentle and sometimes humorous manner, or so we hope. Oh that all newspapers would think that it was better to print the news that made you happy, than the news that made you cry. 

Welcome to March, the month where things start to happen in nature, flowers bloom, and animals are up and about.

greetings, dear readers, and thank you for your patience, which I hope will be adequately rewarded.  This week we go underground for safety, play in goal, sample a strawberry, learn about the beginning of the ANZACs, think about our beloved "old stuff", and hear about hockey, on ice. 

almost forgot to welcome you all to a brand new day and a brand new week. Now dont forget that as we move through the year all those little fairs and markets and outdoor car boot sales will be starting up again, so if you buy things of a cartophilic nature we would love to see them.

so here we go again, its newsletter time, and we have some great cards to show you, some of which are new to me too. Thank you to everyone who sends in cards, and if there is an anniversary coming up in your specialist subject please send us a small piece of writing and a back and front scan.

So here we are inside of February already. And this is the shortest month of the year with either 28 or 29 days only. Next year is a leap year, by the way, if you have anything you would like to plan for.  

So here we go, only a few days left in January and then we will be into February, which is another leap forward until the lighter mornings and nights are back. Hooray!

22 January - Card Codes now added - and a Zena Skinner Surprise - January is moving fast now, but give it a chance, for it is sure to bring us surprises yet.

Another chaotic week but I struggle on. And now, Saturday, the codes are filled in on the diary cards.

So how are you all doing with your resolutions ? And how many of us are doing Veganuary ? Keep up the good work if you still are, but dont be too hard on yourself if your resolve has slipped a bit. Just see if you can`t alter them a little to make them easier.... and build up slowly
