This week, it became April, and we also had some warm weather, which was pleasing in the mornings and late afternoons, and also woke me earlier, most of the time - plus it meant that both a mad dog and an Englishwoman retreated from the midday sun, and found somewhere dark and cool to sleep and t

I write this but a few days before I turn my wall calendar to the month of April. Maybe you will laugh at this, and think me quaint, to not have a more digital version.

Almost the end of March now, and we are rapidly coming towards our 2025 Card Convention, which is the end of next month.

Welcome to another newsletter, and on time. This is because I have had to rest, after surgery, and not do anything strenuous, so sitting and tapping away on here fits that bill rather well. 

March, and the sun has arrived. Not only that, but I have enjoyed sitting in it, sometimes to eat my elevenses, and sometimes just to sit. It was also not too cold early this morning, about 7 am,  when I walked round the path barefooted for the first time this year.

On we "March" together. And hopefully happily, looking forward to a bright future. It may not entirely work out that way, but it is much better if we hope it will. Don`t you think? 

here we are, in the last week of February, already, but, unlike last year, there will be only twenty-eight days this year, and so it will remain until February the 29th comes along again in 2028.  This week I have done my best but may not finish. Hence short intro. And much racing 

And so, just like that, we hit the weekend again. We are now half way through February, and heading, rapidly, towards March.

Heading into February now, and I have just become another year older, but its going okay so far.

So here we are, in February, the gateway between the winter and the spring. Yet, for all that, it can still be cold and rainy.
