This is a newish project, which lists cards by year, and month, of issue, and it was suggested to us by several readers who thought such would be very useful for research and social media.
Sadly, it is limited, for though we have good records of dates of issue from the larger manufacturers, many of the smaller ones are lacking - and also, until now, there was no ascribed place to record any dates of issue that were revealed during hunts for other things.
We are also doing this in conjunction with our gallery of cards, and eventually all of these sets will have clickable links to take you off and show you the front and back of those cards, plus all the information we currently know about them. To make it easier for me, the ones which are already linked in to a card are prefixed by 📌 (which comes up as a red push pin on my chromebook, but do let me know if it does not on what you use).
Most of these are Cards of the Day, which means that only that card appears on the page, but some are newsletter cards, and you will need to scroll down a newsletter to find them, you will tell these by the fact that they have a weekday as part of the entry in those cases.
